The War Memorial is located at the top of The Street,
next to the Old School House, and opposite the Church of St.Mary.
Unveiling Ceremony
The Great Chart War Memorial was unveiled on Thursday 4th August 1921.
A ceremonial booklet was produced
for the event, an original of which can be found at the Centre for
Kentish Studies, in Maidstone.
